Reducing Blood Pressure.

The following steps will give you relief when you are having a highly stressful situation.

1)Have one table spoon of honey with water.
2)Relax your breathing.
3)Control breathing.Slowly inhale through one nose and exhale through other.Do not hold breath but only regulate.

The following steps done regularly will help you to prevent stress.

1)Daily morning walk.
2)Meditation.
3)Avoiding salty and oily foods.
4)Develp a hobby.


During stressful times,avoid taking any decision about anything.Postpone matters and try to divert your attention from problems that bother you.
